Director CTO

Ph.D. in Engineering from the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo. His primary research themes include the climate-water-energy-food-economy nexus. He first proved the relationship between global warming and the intensity of frontal heavy rain caused by meteorological systems such as typhoons and fronts, and has developed machine learning methods for estimating ground precipitation from satellite observations. He is a leading figure in the global hydro-climate field and represents MetaEarth Lab, Inc.

Affiliated with the Strategy & Management Consulting Department of LTS Co., Ltd.
He has over ten years of experience working with various clients, from major corporations to startups, on projects including market research, new business development/business strategy formulation, financial strategy support, and drafting mid-term management plans. He specializes primarily in considerations related to the IT solutions business.

Director CFO

Affiliated with the Corporate Advisory Department at LTS Co., Ltd. Associate member of the Japan Certified Public Accountants Association. He has four years of experience in data science and AI development projects, managing various data analysis projects. Subsequently, he participated in both internal and external M&A cases as a finance and accounting specialist. He has strengths in financial/management accounting, corporate finance, M&A, and financial sector data science.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Mr. Lee joined Andersen Consulting Ltd. (Accenture Japan Ltd) and he belonged to the strategic services group. After working for IQ3 Inc., he became a general sales manager at Learning Technology Consulting Inc. Mr. Lee founded LTS in March 2002 and assumed the post of director. In January 2005, he became a vice president. He has become the auditor of Wakuto , a subsidiary of LTS from July 2021, the Vice President Executive Officer in March 2024, and director and vice chairperson of HIBIYA COMPUTER SYSSTEM, a subsidiary of LTS from April 2024.
